Carlo
Bellé is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the BBRL Group.
Fluent in multiple languages, he has over 40 years of experience,
and has served in various functions on several major projects.
His experience includes heavy industrial and energy project
planning, capital cost estimating and cost control inclusive
of tunnels, roads, marine structures and infrastructure works.
He has participated in the conceptual, feasibility and planning
stages for hydroelectric projects, both large and small in
Canada and abroad. He has also served as a Mediator and/or
Arbitrator on commercial matters in Canada.

Hammonds, P. Eng. (Vice President, PRI)

David
has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of the development
of capital-intensive water resource and energy projects in
more than twenty countries on six continents. He has a thorough
understanding of the engineering and contractual aspects of
the "Project cycle" including the coordination of multi-disciplinary
teams of professionals. David has recently successfully worked
as a member of a project review panel, and provided advice
to senior management of utility, construction and consulting
companies. He has spent an extended period of time living
and working in a number of developing countries and has a
mature appreciation of the challenges related to the transfer
of technology and training of professional counterparts.

is a Construction Specialist. John has over 30 years of experience
in the construction industry encompassing planning, scheduling,
contract administration, cost control, estimating, project
management and claims. He has over 20 years experience in
the area of claims and dispute resolution including schedule
analysis, costing, claim evaluation, presentation and negotiations
with owners, contractors and subcontractors. John has participated
in a variety of projects including institutional and commercial
buildings, research and development facilities, military installations,
manufacturing plants, hydroelectric, fossil fuel and nuclear
power plants, locks and dams, water treatment facilities,
and mass transit facilities.

Domenic
is a Scheduling Consultant. Domenic has over 20 years experience
in the construction industry, much of it associated with planning,
scheduling, estimating and cost control on a wide range of
projects located in Canada, the United States, Europe and
the Middle East. Fluent in multiple languages, his expertise
is in the area of contract disputes including schedule analysis,
costing, claim documentation, evaluation, presentation and
resolution with owners, contractors and government agencies.
Domenic has participated in a variety of projects including
hydroelectric and fossil fuel power plants, hospitals, hotels,
theme parks, stadiums, museums, airports, government research
and military installations, roadwork, and institutional and
commercial buildings.

Debra
is the Executive Assistant, Account Representative of BBRL,
Inc. and the liaison with the office in Canada. Among her
many duties, Debra assists the President with the human resource
functions and Senior management with client proposals and
organizational structures.
